Il Sunderland ha ufficializzato, nella giornata di oggi, l’arrivo di Joleon Lescott fino al termine della stagione. Il difensore inglese era svincolato dal 14 novembre dopo aver rescisso consensualmente il contratto con l’AEK Atene in seguito a delle discordanze sul recupero di un infortunio al ginocchio. Così, vista l’emergenza che di infortuni che sta attraversando il Sunderland, David Moyes ha optato per Lescott che firma un contratto a breve termine. L’esperto centrale difensivo ha scelto la maglia numero 15.
